5 Benefits of Spending Time Alone: What is your 2018 New Year’s Resolution? How to be happy? Being more Mindful or finding inner balance? This past weekend I spent time with a friend whose energy was really down. Just being around him was draining me out. I knew that it wasn’t me with the problem and that he was seeking validation in people and his social environment. I noticed he always wanted to be around people because it was easier to avoid his issues and get distracted into other people’s conversations and surroundings. In my perspective, I wish he could only see how valuable spending time alone can be. It brings inner peace, clarity and balance. For that, here are a few resolution ideas I want to share with you for 2018 on how you too can obtain a more uplifting healthy lifestyle.
